What you agree to when you order from us — how orders are accepted, what happens when a price is wrong, your responsibilities when operating RC equipment, and how disputes get resolved.

These terms govern your use of rcgeardepot.com and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send the email confirming the order has shipped, not when you pay and not when the site shows an order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where:
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable, and exclude any import duty on international orders.
Despite our checks, a product may occasionally be listed at the wrong price or with the wrong specification. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge the higher price without asking you first.
Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer data and our own checks. Specifications, dimensions and performance figures come from the manufacturer; where a figure is not stated by them, we omit it rather than estimate.
Colours vary between screens. Manufacturers change specification, hardware and packaging without notice during a production run, so what arrives may differ in detail from the images shown. Where a change is material we will tell you before shipping.
These are hobby-grade products, not toys. They move at speed, carry lithium batteries and can cause injury or property damage if misused. You are responsible for operating them safely and lawfully.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, death, or damage to property arising from the operation of products bought here.
Returns, refunds and the two-year electronics warranty are governed by our refunds and returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@rcgeardepot.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse of staff, repeated chargebacks, or breach of these terms.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of reviews, photographs and other content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it on the site and in related marketing. You confirm the content is yours to submit and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful, off-topic or misleading.
The site, its layout, text, photography and code are owned by us or licensed to us. Manufacturer names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Nothing here grants you a licence to use any of it beyond browsing the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost time, lost data, or the cost of a missed event or race.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Washington County, Minnesota have jurisdiction, except where arbitration applies below.
Before starting any formal process, email legal@rcgeardepot.com describing the problem and what you want. Most disputes end here, and quickly.
If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
You may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies. Where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country's courts, this clause does not remove it.
